Andy holds our Registrar of Contractors license and plays an active role in the installation process, ensuring every job meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Working alongside him for over 5 years, Alec brings not only installation expertise but also a solid background in screen manufacturing. His time in the factory has given him an inside-out understanding of how each screen is built, allowing him to overcome challenges quickly and efficiently on-site.

Born and raised in Indiana, I moved to Arizona in 2002 in search of better opportunities for my family and to embrace the beautiful weather. My professional journey in the security screen industry began about 15 years ago, when I joined the company that introduced TAPCO security screens to the Phoenix area. Today, I bring unparalleled expertise to Paramount Security Screens, backed by longstanding relationships with factories and suppliers that ensure seamless service and unmatched trust.

As the first point of contact for Paramount Security Screens, I am often the person that clients speak with from the very beginning.

Having worked in retail and customer service my entire career, I’m passionate about helping people and building meaningful relationships with my clients. To me, they’re more than just customers—they’re part of a community I aim to support and protect. I pride myself on my honesty, reliability, dedication, and ability to truly connect with those I work with.

Out of all our team members, I have the most experience in the security screen industry. This knowledge, combined with my deep industry connections, ensures that I can handle any challenge and deliver the best possible solutions for our clients.

I decided to start my own business because I wanted to provide clients with a better experience, one rooted in transparency, quality, and genuine care. After years of witnessing poor business practices in the industry that didn’t align with my values, I knew it was time to create a company that focused on integrity and excellence. At Paramount Security Screens, my goal is to ensure every client feels valued, heard, and confident in their decision to secure their home with us.

What sets me apart is my deep understanding of security screens and my commitment to delivering a stress-free, rewarding experience for every client.

Outside of work, I’m actively involved in community service, supporting organizations like Billy’s Way Home, which focuses on helping the homeless. These experiences, shared with my son, have enriched our lives and reinforced my commitment to giving back.

ANDY BISHOP

Originally from Indiana, I moved to Arizona in 2002 seeking better opportunities and the sunny weather for my family. With an associate degree in Applied Science from ITT, I began my career as an auto mechanic, later transitioning to industrial mechanics and eventually into construction. These experiences shaped my understanding of how things work and how to improve them, fostering the creativity and problem-solving skills I bring to every project.

My journey in the security screen industry began in 2015 when I joined a company as an installer after my wife introduced me to the industry. Over time, I became a lead installer, overseeing teams across multiple states and helping grow the companies I worked with through my expertise and innovative approach. When I saw the need for a company built on honesty and integrity, I founded Paramount Security Screens to provide the best service and products at competitive prices.

I’m proud to bring clients top-quality solutions and unmatched craftsmanship. My ROC license ensures that every installation is handled with professionalism and expertise. Clients often compliment my dedication, creative problem-solving, and ability to deliver results for even the most challenging installations.

Outside of work, I enjoy woodworking, trucks, and off-roading. My passion is helping people feel secure in their homes, and I credit much of my success to the unwavering support of my wife, who inspires and motivates me daily.

JR (PASQUALE) CAPONE

Born in Philadelphia and raised in Wisconsin, I’ve been captivated by Arizona's beauty since childhood. After years of visiting, I made the move permanent in 2013, drawn by the unique blend of opportunity and scenery the state offers.

My entrepreneurial spirit comes from my parents, who owned and operated several businesses. Growing up, I often accompanied my father on business trips, giving me an early glimpse into leadership and teamwork. This foundation has guided me through a career that spans corporate roles, project and business management, and face-to-face interactions with clients.

With five years of experience in the security screen industry, I discovered a passion for this product almost immediately. The sense of purpose I found in protecting homes and families inspired me to establish Paramount Security Screens. Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to work with some of the most talented and kind-hearted professionals in the field, whose collaboration and expertise have made this journey possible.

Integrity, patience, and trust are at the heart of my work. My clients deserve honesty and someone who will listen and deliver on their promises. I strive to make every interaction personal and meaningful, ensuring that every home I secure reflects the highest standards of safety and craftsmanship.

Outside of work, I am deeply committed to my family and my community. I contribute to causes like Care.org to combat child trafficking and stay actively involved in my kids’ education and extracurricular activities. An avid outdoorsman and lifelong Packers fan, I cherish time spent in nature and with my loved ones.

ALEC BISHOP

I moved to the Phoenix area over 20 years ago and have spent the past several years building expertise in the security screen industry. My journey began over four years ago as an installation support team member, where I gained hands-on experience and developed a strong foundation in the field.

I then transitioned to the manufacturing side, working directly in the plant to build security screens and deepening my understanding of the product from its creation to installation. Now, I proudly serve as a lead installer at Paramount Security Screens, combining my knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality results for every project.

With a commitment to precision and a passion for doing the job right the first time, I take pride in helping clients protect what matters most. My unique experience across installation and manufacturing ensures I provide the best solutions to meet your security and screen needs.

KATELYN MANNING

lead generation & brand development manager

Born in Indiana and raised in Phoenix, Katelyn brings both Midwestern grounding and a forward-thinking mindset to her role as Lead Generation & Brand Development Manager at Paramount Screens. With a background in social media management and a strong foundation in SEO and analytics, she is passionate about connecting with customers in meaningful ways while positioning the company for long-term growth.

Her certifications in SEO analytics, combined with a deep interest in personal branding and evolving marketing trends, allow her to stay ahead of the curve as she leads efforts in digital visibility, lead generation, and brand development. Highly organized and creative, she thrives on building systems that are both strategic and people-focused—ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the quality and integrity that define Paramount Screens.

Outside of the office, Katelyn is a dedicated homeschool mom and the founder of a thriving homeschool community. She finds peace and inspiration in the garden and is always up for a hands-on DIY project around the house. With a deep love for marketing and a heart for helping others, she’s excited to help lead Paramount Screens into its next chapter.

MICHAEL BISHOP

Michael has played an intricate role for Paramount Security Screens. His vast knowledge in graphic design not only lead to the design of our logo, but also played a key role in other aspects of our company including the wraps on our installation vehicle and marketing materials.

Michael is currently attending Arizona State University and is constantly expanding his knowledge in creating games, coding and of course graphic design. We can only hope to obtain him on a full time basis when he graduates but are grateful for his invaluable contributions as we know he will likely have multiple opportunities in his future.
