Lifetime Warranty – Parts and Labor

Paramount Security Screens provides a lifetime warranty on all parts and labor associated with the original installation of your security screens. This warranty includes, but is not limited to:

  • Screen shifting or misalignment
  • Defective locks or hardware
  • Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship

If any covered issue arises, we will repair or replace the affected part at no cost to you, for the lifetime of the product under normal use and conditions.

Powder Coating Finish Limited Warranty

Paramount Security Screens provides a 15-year limited warranty on the powder coating finish of our security screens. This warranty covers peeling, cracking, or blistering of the powder coating under normal conditions of use and exposure.

  • This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by improper cleaning, contact with harsh chemicals, saltwater corrosion, or physical damage such as scratches, chips, or abrasions after installation.
  • Routine care and cleaning are required to maintain the integrity of the finish and keep the warranty in effect.

No Break-In Guarantee

Our screens are engineered to withstand extreme force and resist intrusion. That’s why we proudly offer our No Break-In Guarantee — a commitment that no intruder will successfully breach a Paramount Security Screen.

In the rare event that a break-in occurs through a screen we installed, and the following conditions are met:

  • A police report is filed and confirms the intruder gained access through a Paramount security screen.
  • The breach occurred during normal, intended use of the product.

We will:

  • Cover the full cost to repair or replace the affected screen
  • Reimburse your homeowner’s insurance deductible up to $4,000 if you file a valid claim related to the break-in.

In the rare event that a break-in occurs through a screen we installed, and the following conditions are met:

  • This warranty applies to the original purchaser but is transferable with proper documentation showing the sale of the home to the new owner.
  • Screens must be properly maintained and used under normal conditions.
  • Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
  • We will not cover any scratches or damages done after installation.
  • Claims must be submitted with reasonable proof of purchase and relevant documentation (e.g., police report, insurance claim).
