Security Screens Surprise, AZ | Professional Installation

Surprise has been one of the fastest-growing cities in the Phoenix metro for over a decade, and it’s easy to see why. Affordable housing, excellent schools, Spring Training baseball, and a small-town community feel — all within reach of Valley-wide employment centers. Paramount Security Screens helps Surprise homeowners protect their investment with custom-fitted stainless steel security screens that are built to last.

Why Surprise Homeowners Need Security Screens

Growth brings a lot of good things. It also brings growing pains. As Surprise has expanded north and west — out past Waddell Road, into the Sun City Grand and Marley Park neighborhoods — the distance between homes and emergency services has stretched. Response times in the far northwest Valley are longer than in central Phoenix, which means your home’s physical security features matter more.

Many Surprise homes are part of the city’s active adult communities — Sun City Grand, Arizona Traditions, and CantaMia. Residents in these communities spend significant time away during the summer months, leaving homes unoccupied during the season when break-in risk is highest. A security screen on every exterior door and accessible window provides constant protection whether you’re home or in the Pacific Northwest for July.

Younger families in neighborhoods like Surprise Farms, Greer Ranch, and the homes along Greenway are dealing with a different concern: they want to let fresh air in during the mild months without worrying about leaving doors and windows exposed. Our screens make that possible.

Products That Match Surprise’s Homes

Surprise’s housing is predominantly newer construction — mid-2000s to present — with a consistent architectural style: single-story stucco builds with tile roofs, attached two-car garages, covered patios, and sliding glass doors leading to the backyard. Some of the newer builds in Prasada and along the 303 corridor feature more contemporary designs with larger window openings.

We custom-build every screen to match your exact openings:

• Front entry security doors — hinged, single and double configurations
• Sliding patio screen doors — standard and oversized for 8-12 foot openings
• Window screens — all window types, any size, fixed or operable
• Covered patio enclosures — secure your entire outdoor living space

Designed for Northwest Valley Conditions

The far northwest Valley is wide open, with nothing to block the sun or wind. Summer temperatures hit 115°F+ regularly, and monsoon winds rip across the flat terrain with serious force. Dust storms are particularly intense out here — the agricultural land to the west kicks up particulate that coats everything.

Our 316-grade marine stainless steel mesh and powder-coated aluminum frames are engineered for exactly these conditions. No corrosion, no warping, no fading. The screens also filter out a significant amount of dust and debris when windows are open, which is a practical bonus Surprise homeowners appreciate.

Our Guarantees

Every Paramount installation comes with our Lifetime Screen Guarantee — covering the mesh and frame for as long as you own the home — plus our No Break-In Guarantee. If someone gets through, we replace it free. We also offer 0% financing.

Window Security Screens in Surprise

Front doors get the attention, but a ground-floor window is quieter to breach and far less likely to be
watched. Surprise has active-adult communities where easy egress matters as much as security, and those are exactly the openings worth hardening first.

Every screen we build for a Surprise home is measured against the actual opening and fabricated to it, so
there is no gap for a pry bar to work. We build for single-hung and double-hung windows, horizontal sliders,
casement and awning windows, arched and specialty shapes, and bedroom egress windows that still open fast
from the inside.

The same 316 marine-grade stainless mesh that stops an intruder also shades the glass before the sun
reaches it and takes the debris a monsoon microburst throws at the house. Most Surprise customers tell us the
part they did not expect was being able to leave the windows open again in the evening.
